Culinary Theatre Competition - Hospitality 2005 - NEC, Birmingham
The Hospitality Show 2005 in Birmingham played host to The Culinary Theatre Competition which hosted over 15 thrilling competitions for chefs of all levels and areas of the industry. Competitors were judged by a number of key chef associations on their versatility and innovation.
Heritage Portfolio were awarded prizes in two categories:
A team of two chefs are required to produce a 3-course meal for 2 covers. The meal is a tasting for clients looking for a venue to host an Olympic Bid fund raising
dinner for 800 guests.

COOK AND SERVE FOOD & WINE TEAM CHALLENGE
Demonstrating the marriage between food and wine, teams of one chef and
one waiter are required to prepare a main course for 4 covers of fish or seafood
and a dessert.
